E.S. Calma Design and Associates was established in 1998 with the purpose of providing professional services in the field of interior design, architecture and construction. It is composed of highly competent professionals, from Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers to skilled workers who efficiently perform their jobs in completing the precise quality standard of their utmost services ahead of time.

Architect Edgar S. Calma, being the principal architect, heads the designs and operations of the firm, with the infinite support of his Associates and talented staff. Acquiring the technical expertise and profuse knowledge of our team, we are committed to continuously be the source of excellence in fulfilling our service at competitive prices, by being able to provide our client with a well-planned structure that is soundly constructed, which is aesthetically satisfying and will house the activity it was intended for, all within the financial limitations of the project. Arch't. Edgar S. Calma, a duly registered architect who graduated from Far Eastern University, fairly-known for his competence, good performance,industry of architecture and construction. At the age of 28, he decided to take charge of his own destiny and live out his dream. Filled with inspiration and self-confidence gained from having worked as an interior designer, cad operator and project manager in a number of employments before, he formed E.S. Calma Design and Associates with the infinite support of his friends which he now refers to as his associates. Today, E.S. Calma Design and Associates has earned a place in the industry on account of the excellent professional services and highly appreciated reputation that it provides.

Raldie Rosales is an architecture graduate of Adamson University. At the age of 25, he was richly equipped with trainings in MS Project Management, 3D Studio Max, Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design and AutoCAD, giving him confidence to join Arch't. Calma, in fulfilling his passion of putting up an Architectural Design Firm. With hard work and perseverance, accomplishments were straightforwardly made. Right now, with much experience and expertise in the field, he devotedly manages the architectural and design services of the firm. Continuously carrying out what he does best and educating as well, the young aspiring designers in his team.

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

We design and build economically feasible, socially responsible, functionally sound, and environmentally sensitive projects.

Construction Phase (85%-100% Completion)

Prepares form for contract letting documents for construction, forms for invitation and instruction to bidders, and forms for bidders' proposals.

Makes periodic visits to the project site to check the project's general progress, quality of work and to determine whether the work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents.

In any given project, there is an intricate balance between time, quality and cost. The profession of Architecture has been under pressure to work out resolutions to clients' demands of maximizing these factors.

Here, we provide both architectural planning and general contracting services, putting forward a different approach to the conventional arrangement in which the designer and builder are separate entities thus avoiding any conflict that may arise between the two.

We have developed several methods of prompt project delivery to carry out projects without delay at the lowest possible cost yet still obtaining eminent quality and performance.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our role is to plan, program and monitor various activities and act as an adviser on material costs and construction methods. Our primary responsibility is to exercise over all control of the project.

Manage the general coordination and scheduling of work

Maintain our own supervisory and inspection staff at the job site as well as conducting factory inspections as required

Observe work in progress to assure compliance with drawings and specifications

We update and keep comments thru PERT/CPM or Microsoft Project (computer software used to design for scheduling, planning and evaluating the progress of the project) and are made sure that all parties who need to know are informed.
