ESCalma Design and Associates (ESCDA) design for the space was focused mainly to attract the millennial workforce – new generation of employees and currently the largest generation of active workers.
The overall design was driven by the changing work style and so we have created a concept that would promote creative work environment that helps highly skilled professionals to stimulate their minds and to inspire innovation.
ESCDA’s main goal is to create a space that screams excitement from the reception up to every corner of 24[7] office. And also, to design an open flexible work space that would encourage interaction without sacrificing the focus/concentration of the workforce.
