Elite Empire Management is a full service management & luxury concierge firm located at BGC uptown mall. The highlight area of ESCalma Design and Associates (ESCDA) for this office is the large open breakout which comprised with various type seatings and telephone booths. It is also near meeting rooms which were all accessible to a coffee bar and pantry area. Functionality and flexibility for each rooms were the first and foremost consideration for this project . The interior concept for this project used modern industrial design, which is more likely used wood finshes, warm colors, accent of black and with hint of cold blue paint finish and green scenery.
